I personally never thought that we would have to make such massive changes after the major cloud of Covid that was unleashed on all of the small businesses. It is a simple answer as a mom and pop plumbing shop to say. Never in my life or even my parents life have we seen anything like this for being a year ( date I say ) post Covid-19. People are still awaiting the next ball to drop. So if the best answer is to be positive and tell you a simple yes. When the honest answer is we are all still coming out of this different.
